How to book.

 

If you would like to enquire about a party package

 Please contact us via our contact form below.

 

 

To Book a package follow the simple steps below.

 

1. Choose a package and character you would like.

 

2. Fill in the contact form or send us a direct email stating: The date you of your party/event, your location,the package and time you would like us.

 

3.We will then aim at getting back to you asap particulary in Email.                                                                                                        Please note if you contact us during a weekend it will take longer to get a response.

 

4.If we are available for the date, you will then be sent and asked to fill in an event information form and the T&Cs to read

& sign with an e-signature.

 

5.Pay your Deposit. We can only hold your date and the package for upto four days. To pay your deposit this can be paid via paypal or bank transfer. 

 

6.Once we have recieved your event information, we require your final payment to be paid 10 days before your event/party or you can pay it all in advance with the deposit. Please be sure to put your party date as the reference when paying us.

 

Remember be as detailed as you can about your party/event,feel free to contact us at any time with questions you may have.We want your Ever Ever After experiance to be as magical and as stress free as possible!
